REFUND

To ensure the smooth progression of every project, the initial steps involve a thorough exploration and analysis, as well as the creation of a scope of work document. These steps are crucial in preventing project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts by making sure that all parties are well-informed about the project's requirements. It's important to note that there is no compensation for work already completed since each task requires a significant investment of time and effort.

In the event of a mutual termination, any work that has been successfully accomplished will become the property of the client, and any payments made for additional work will be considered null and void. Please be aware that previous payments or deposits are non-refundable, and once the client has accepted the mock-up drawings and the project has transitioned into the development phase, no payment reimbursements will be issued.

We do not offer prorated refunds for project phases that have already commenced. Furthermore, our marketing team's services provided on special occasions are non-refundable, as these offers come with a specified expiration date and cannot be canceled.

However, should the buyer decide not to proceed with the project, they have the option to request a refund within 5-7 days of making that decision, and we will gladly facilitate the refund process.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation policy of Fractallflux is straightforward and transparent, with the following conditions:

To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our billing department or your designated account manager. Departmental approval is a prerequisite for the cancellation to take effect.

We will only consider cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the commencement of the project.

Please note that Fractallflux does not assume responsibility for services provided by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content creation, and so on.

While we do accept documented cancellation notices submitted 30 days before the scheduled start date for web/app service packages, please be aware that these packages are non-refundable. Additionally, any deposits or payments left unclaimed for more than 30 days will not be eligible for reimbursement.
